Dueker develop and produce highly acid-resistant glass lined pipes, fittings, bottom outlet valves, columns, process plants and special glass linings of highest quality.
For customer’s benefit, functionality and safety, they carry out the steps from calculation for an optimal installation to assembly and commissioning test with regard to the operating conditions.
Dueker offer glass lined pipeline elements that cover the nominal sizes DN 25 to DN 600 with standard lengths of up to 3 m depending on the nominal size.
According to customer requirements, pipelines can be coated with any type of enamel from Düker Email Technologie. They are therefore particularly suited to carrying acids and alkalis, abrasive fluids and very hot, highly corrosive media. They are corrosion resistant, tend to resist adhesion, have a high level of purity, are easy to clean and show catalytically inert behavior.
The outside of the pipeline parts is coated in a zinc dust primer for corrosion protection. Upon request we cover all corrosion protection classes according to DIN EN ISO 12944 (corrosion category C1-C5), such as also nickel or zinc plating.
